How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@lorrahome.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and credited back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
